Ukrainian firms Nobles and Phenomena have merged to form a five partner firm.
The new firm, which will have a staff of 21 proffesionals including the partners and will practice as Nobles, will focus on commercial law, and financial and corporate work in particular.
Nobles, formed in 2013, was previously the Kyiv office of German firm Noerr. Phenomena opened in 2012, and had been focussed on finance work.
