The Luxembourg practice of Loyens & Loeff has announced the arrival of a new partner to enhance its investment funds practice.
Max Welbes joins the team from MNKS, where he was a partner for the last three years, and brings with him 15 years' experience setting up Ucits-compliant funds, including structured products.
He had previously worked at Luther, Clifford Chance and Linklaters in Luxembourg.
