Helsinki firm Waselius & Wist has announced the addition of a new specialist partner to strengthen its corporate practice.
Fredrik Lassenius joins the firm from Deloitte, where he had been head of M&A legal in Finland. He brings with him more than 15 years' experience in the market having previously led Nokia's M&A legal team and worked as a lawyer with Roschier.
