Singaporean law firm TSMP Law Corporation has rehired a transactional lawyer to work on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets deals and constructions projects.
Wun Wen-na, returns to the firm as a partner after working in-house at state-owned utility company Singapore Power, where she evaluated tender proposals and negotiated terms on infrastructure contracts.
Wen-na had previously been at the firm for six years from 2000 when she practiced at TSMP Law’s M&A and banking and finance divisions. Prior to joining Singapore Power, she had a stint as in-house counsel at DBS Trustees and Singapore Airlines.
