Copenhagen law firm Lett has boosted the strength of its corporate and capital markets practices with the addition of a team from Rønne & Lundgren.
Partners Michael Vinther and Karsten Pedersen had both been at their previous firm since June 2012 and bring with them a team of four additional M&A lawyers.
Both partners have significant experience in the Danish market. Vinther has been practicing in Copenhagen for almost 30 years and has worked with some of the biggest names in the city, including Bech-Bruun and Accura. Pedersen, meanwhile, brings with him 14 years' experience, which includes time spent with major firms such as Kromann Reumert and Accura as well.
