Morgan Lewis & Bockius has added another partner to its rapidly expanding structured finance team in London.
Lisa Cargill joins the firm from Sidley Austin where she had been a counsel. She acts on both structured frinance and securitisation matters including auto loans, trade receivables, mortgage and consumer loan securitisations.
In July 2015 the firm added a trio of structured finance partners from K&L Gates in London (July 2015). A month later the firm added another partner from the same firm in the form of Theresa Kradjian (August 2015).
The firm has also looked to expand its investment fund and asset management practice in the UK, hiring Gawain Hughes, DLA Piper's head of funds (July 2015), and Simon Currie, an investment management partner from Covington & Burling (November 2015).
