Morgan Lewis & Bockius has hired a new structured finance partner in London.
Theresa Kradjian joins the team from K&L Gates and follows in the footsteps of former colleagues Matthew Duncan, Julian Goodman and Paul Matthews who made the same move in July.
Kradjian focuses on mortgage and asset backed securitisations, CLOs, commercial paper and covered bonds.
She is qualified in New York and registered as a foreign lawyer in England and Wales.
