Shearman & Sterling Advises STG Portfolio Company CoreOne on Acquisition of Transaction Auditing Group

Shearman & Sterling advised CoreOne Technologies Holdings LLC, a portfolio company of Symphony Technology Group, in its acquisition of Transaction Auditing Group and the formation of a new CoreOne division, RegOne Solutions, to provide execution reporting, compliance solutions and trading analysis for brokers, exchanges, ATSs and other industry participants.

CoreOne Technologies develops technology enabled service businesses, delivering powerful solutions to firms operating in capital markets. Headquartered in New York, CoreOne serves over 500 financial institutions throughout its worldwide locations.
