Morgan Lewis & Bockius has hired DLA Piper's head of investment funds in London to enhance its investment management practice.
Gawain Hughes, who focuses on private funds work, acts on fund formation and regulatory matters acting for fund managers and administrators including the likes of Jones Lang LaSalle Investment Management and Harbert Management Corporation.
The news comes just a week after the firm added three partners to its structured finance practice from K&L Gates (July 9).
