Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe has announced the addition of a new M&A and private equity partner to its Moscow office.
Konstantin Kroll, who joined the firm on August 8, was formerly with Jones Day and has experience advising both domestic and international clients on M&A and capital markets transactions in Russia.
