Italian boutique Giovannelli & Associati has strengthened its corporate, capital markets and finance practices through the hire of four new lawyers.
Andrea Bartolucci, an equity capital markets specialist joins the team from d’Urso Gatti & Bianchi; corporate and litigation partner Liviano Sinopoli joins from Studio Legale Sinopoli & Partners and finance and restructuring lawyer Michele Mocarelli joins from Pavia & Ansaldo.
The firm has also added M&A and equity capital markets counsel Marcello Marcantonio from Studio Legale Marcantonio to the team which now numbers 20 staff and seven partners.
Giovannelli & Associati was formed in 2013 when it spun out of Ashurst's Italian practice. It's focus up to now has been primarily on M&A and restructuring matters.
