What sectors are you primarily involved in and what
criteria do you use as a basis for your litigation funding
Litigation funders are typically agnostic as to the sectors
in which they fund as the focus is very much on the merits of
the individual cases which are funded. That said, certain
sectors appear regularly such as the extractive industries
– oil and gas and mining – and renewable
energy, because of the nature of the disputes in those sectors
and some of the trends affecting those markets.
