The coming year is still an unknown quantity for the financial sector at large, with funds in particular on the receiving end of a number of widespread reforms.

The EU’s overarching goal of promoting transparency, stability and accountability in the financial sector has permeated the asset management space, and several pieces of legislation in this sector are expected to take effect or undergo a revamp in 2017.

As such, IFLR’s latest poll asks which legislation will have the biggest impact on the EU funds sector?
