US counsel watching the fallout of Brexit may be
stunned. They may not. Mainly, they'll be wondering what it all
means for tomorrow. And so a frantic searching for clues
begins, a somewhat sorry exercise in examining a set of
seemingly withered British tealeaves.
And what a mess it is. But before the detailed legal studies
are made, there are three broad conclusions to be drawn. Each
