HKEx chief regulatory officer confirmed as Asia Capital Markets Forum keynote

David Graham, chief regulatory officer and head of listings at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing, is to provide the keynote address at the IFLR Asia Capital Markets Forum. His speech will focus on his first year in the new role and what can be expected from HKEx in the next 12 months.

The ninth IFLR Asia Capital Markets Forum will take place at the Conrad Hotel in Hong Kong on November 27. The event will bring together the leading industry professionals to join panel lead sessions on the key issues and trends in the regions Capital Markets.

Elsewhere on the agenda, he opening panel will concentrate on foreign listings in Asia and will be moderated by John Moore of Morrison & Foerster. Joining him will be: Dan Swift of Goldman Sachs; Peter Siembab of Bank of America Merrill Lynch; Neil Atkinson of BNY Mellon; Venantius Tan of Morrison & Foerster; and David Graham.

After morning coffee, the conference will move focus to high-yield in a panel lead by Stephen Peepels, partner at DLA Piper. Joining Stephen will be: Vijay Chander of Asifma; Steve Kim of JP Morgan; Clayton Carol of Nomura; David Poureshagh of Barclays; and Laura Acres of Moody's.
