Emery's Frank Schoneveld explains, it has received mixed
reviews during its settling in period
The infancy of China's anti-monopoly regime only becomes
apparent when compared to antitrust frameworks in other
countries. "The European Commission has been regulating
competition for 30 to 40 years some would say even
longer and the US has been doing it for at least 80 to
90 years," said Schoneveld. "China's anti-monopoly law is now
four years old."
