HKEx Guernsey-listing approval a bid to tap into AIM

The Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx) has opened its doors for Guernsey listings in a bid to tap into London’s Alternative Investment Market (AIM), off the back of a number of secondary listings.

Ogier partner Marcus Leese, told IFLR that the availability of dual listings in London was the immediate benefit for a promoter to list under a Guernsey vehicle.
