The projects team, led by Sofia Chatzigiannidou, is currently advising Hellenic Defence Systems on its partnership with a Czech Republic-established investor for the creation of an SPV in the military manufacturing sector. Multiple teams – led by Anastasia Makri, Sonia Melegou, Paris Tzoumas, and Marilisa Myrat – advised Mirova in its acquisition of a portfolio of four solar PV projects in Greece developed by German group Juwi.
