Youngseok Cheon

Youngseok is a partner at Jipyong, bringing a rare combination of legal, accounting, and international expertise to his M&A and corporate practice. Before qualifying as a lawyer, he worked as a certified public accountant at Samil PricewaterhouseCoopers, gaining deep experience in audit and financial advisory.

Holding qualifications as both a Korean attorney and a certified public accountant, Youngseok is uniquely positioned to offer clients a fully integrated service spanning transaction structuring, tax and accounting due diligence, regulatory compliance, and post-closing dispute resolution. He obtained an LLM from UCLA School of Law.
