Tae Hyun Lee

Tae Hyun is a partner at Jipyong and head of the firm’s M&A/corporate practice group. He advises on a broad range of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, leveraging Jipyong’s network of offices across Asia and Europe. Tae Hyun also has significant experience in healthcare and life sciences M&A, and co-leads the firm's AI Bio-healthcare Centre.

He holds a BBA from Seoul National University and an LLM from Fordham University School of Law. Tae Hyun has been with Jipyong since 2008.
