Yinka Edu

Yinka Edu is a Partner at Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie, a distinguished corporate and commercial law firm in Nigeria. She heads the firm's Capital Markets and Fintech teams and she co-heads the Banking & Finance team. She also leads the firm’s initiative for supporting startups and grow businesses, U-LAW. She has been involved in diverse range of financial and capital markets transactions cutting across several sectors.

She advises on compliance issues in banking and capital market assignments, which, being sometimes new to Nigeria, requires skilled liaison with regulatory authorities. Yinka is the former Chair of the Capital Markets Solicitors’ Association.
