Vibhasa is of counsel with the India desk of TWL Law Group. He assists with matters related to M&A, foreign direct investment (approval and automatic route), foreign exchange, and company incorporation.
His experience at top-tier firms in India has given him a deep understanding of a range of legal domains, including M&A, securities law, and insolvency law.
Vibhasa has also contributed to legal research, with publications on financial regulations, and has completed his BA LLB from Jindal Global Law School.
