Vasyl Yurmanovych

Vasyl is counsel in the corporate and M&A practice of Integrites. With 10 years of experience, he focuses on corporate, commercial, and labour law, and advises mainly on M&A transactions, including due diligence and further comprehensive transaction support.

Vasyl is an experienced adviser on the establishment of limited liability and joint stock companies, the assignment of participation interests, and corporate management issues. He is involved in many of the corporate finance, corporate governance, corporate restructuring, and investment projects of the firm.

Vasyl is an active member of the German–Ukrainian Chamber of Industry and Commerce, and the Ukrainian Bar Association.
