Sylvia Anthamatten

Sylvia is counsel in the regulated markets, competition, technology and intellectual property team at Walder Wyss. She advises and represents clients in all aspects of intellectual property law, with a particular focus on trademark, copyright, design, and unfair competition law, including media and advertising matters. Sylvia regularly advises clients in negotiating intellectual property and technology-related agreements, and provides representation in disputes before courts and administrative bodies. She also advises on corporate and commercial law.
