Simone is a partner at ASAR – Al Ruwayeh & Partners, based in Bahrain. With over 20 years of experience in financial services, banking, M&A, and securities law, he has advised on complex cross-border transactions and financings across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and beyond.

Simone has extensive experience in structuring syndicated lending, Islamic finance, and securities transactions, as well as navigating regulatory frameworks and advising on high-value M&A deals.

Before joining ASAR, he held senior positions at leading international law firms in Europe and Japan, and served as general counsel for a major GCC bank. Simone’s dual experience provides a unique perspective, blending regulatory insight with commercial pragmatism.
