Sara Lembo

Sara Lembo is a partner in BonelliErede’s EU and Competition Law practice and a member of the firm’s Private Equity Focus Team. She has extensive experience advising leading multinational companies and private equity investors on complex merger control matters, cartels, abuse of dominance and related litigation before the Italian Competition Authority and the courts. Her practice combines transactional antitrust advice with broader strategic expertise in competition law.
Sara is the author of numerous publications and regularly lectures on EU and competition law. She previously served on the Board of the Italian School for the Judiciary. She holds an LL.M. in EU and Competition Law from the College of Europe in Bruges, as well as a PhD from LUISS University in Rome.
