Sally Nguyen

Sally serves as the managing partner of TWLV, the Vietnam office of TWL Law Group, and is based in Ho Chi Minh City.

With over 15 years of experience, she has worked with numerous prestigious institutions, including a leading foreign bank, as well as international firms. Sally specialises in M&A, banking, foreign investments, corporate and commercial matters, labour issues, and dispute resolution. She is an appointed examiner for the Lawyer Apprenticeship Completion Examination of the Vietnam Bar Federation.

Sally is a member of the Ho Chi Minh Bar Association. She earned her LLM and LLB from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, as well as a BA in English Linguistics and Literature from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities of Ho Chi Minh City. She is fluent in English, Chinese, and Vietnamese.
