Nicholas Okafor heads the firm’s Energy and Power team. His core specialisations are energy and power, banking and finance, projects and infrastructure transactions and debt capital markets.

He has been involved in and advised on numerous transactions including reserved base financing, establishment, operation and maintenance of independent power plants, debt restructuring, derivatives, Eurobonds transactions.
