Min Lin

Mr. Lin Min is an associate in the Capital Markets Department of Chance Bridge Law Firm, and he graduated from Southwest University of Political Science & Law with a Bachelor of Laws. His practice areas focus on the securities and capital markets, and he also advises clients on major investment, M&A and restructuring projects. He has advised several listed companies on their IPOs, public bond issuances, refinancing, as well as major equity investments of several companies.
