Highlights - 2023/2024
The firm was active in banking, financial services regulatory, investment funds M&A and restructuring.
In terms of banking the firm lead on subordinated share pledges, refinancing of credit facilities, credit agreements as well as the liquidation of a bank.
Financial services regulatory work included the refinancing and reorganization of an insurance group.
The firm advised investment funds in acquisitions and corporate matters. The M&A team advised targets and buyers in mergers, acquisitions and carve outs transactions on the seller’s side.
Restructuring work for the firm involve the liquidation of companies, restructuring of corporate groups, and the liquidation of banks.
During the past 12 months, the firm hired banking and finance lawyer Bernhard Rankl from Freshfields law firm in Vienna.
