• Acting as counsel for Mr. Geoffrey Hoguet, heir of the Austrian Rothschild family, in proceedings against the City of Vienna concerning a foundation which was arianized by the Nazis and transferred to the City of Vienna.
• Hauser Partners have been retained by a large group of minority shareholders in connection with a squeeze-out procedure of minority shareholders of one of the largest companies which had been listed on the Vienna stock exchange. The procedure is about the fair price to be payable by the majority shareholder to the squeezed-out minority. It resulted in the highest payout ever achieved in squeeze-out proceedings in Austria.
• Hauser Partners has acted as sole counsel in the acquisition of 100% in FMW Förderanlagen GmbH, a major player being active in the engineering business for pulp and paper mills.
