Lauretta is an Associate at CQ Legal and Consulting and leads the firm’s Start-up, Innovation and Venture Capital sub-group under the Corporate and Commercial practice area.
Lauretta’s area of focus are banking and finance, corporate and commercial law, technology law and intellectual property.
Lauretta has experience working with start-up companies as well as well-established companies in Africa. Her experience includes advising on the acquisition of FinTech licenses in Ghana and advising start-up founders working on FinTech or Blockchain products and services on the structuring and the compliance of their company.
