Inna Kostrytska

Inna is counsel in the corporate and M&A practice and head of the employment practice of IMPACTA LAW. She is an attorney at law with more than 20 years of experience.

Inna specialises in domestic and international corporate law, M&A, and matters related to securities. She has specific expertise in cross-border M&A deals, corporate restructuring, the issuance of securities, and the disclosure of information on the stock market. Her considerable experience encompasses labour, IT, and energy law.

Inna serves as co-chair of the Human Capital Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine. She leads IMPACTA LAW HR Club, the firm’s discussion platform for corporate in-house human resource management officers.
