BiographyMr. Zhang is particularly experienced in onshore and offshore securities offering, domestic and overseas fund and private equity, M & A, bid invitation and submission, enterprise reform and restructuring, FDI and other capital market legal services.

Acting as the special counsel of Beijing Development and Reform Commission, Mr. Zhang once provided legal services concerning bid invitations and submissions as well as project constructions to National Gymnasium and Olympic Villages of 2008 Beijing Olympics.

• Advised Focus Media in connection with the privatization and backdoor A-share listing as the company lawyer.
• Advised Wanda Cinema Line Co., Ltd. in connection with the initial public offering and listing of A-shares as the issuer’s lawyer.
