Hua Dai

Mr. Dai has represented both issuers and underwriters in IPOs and other capital markets transactions of a number of companies in various industries. Mr Dai also had advised investors and corporates on private equity investments, legal compliance, general corporate and regulatory matters. 

Mr. Dai joined the Jingtian & Gongcheng law firm in 1991. And Mr, Dai has been admitted to the PRC bar since 1993.

• Represented AviChina Industry & Technology Company Limited (2357.HK) in its conversion of all domestic shares into H shares under the H Share Full Circulation Pilot Project, the first case in the market;
• Represented China Risun Group Limited (1907.HK) in its IPO on HKEX;
• Represented China Overseas Land & Investment Ltd (00688.HK）in its establishment of MTN Programme, the total authorized amount is up to 15 billion USD;
• Advised the China Railway Construction Corporation Limited in its issuance of 1 billion USD Perpetual bond.
