Yuval Meidar

Yuval Meidar's expertise is representing entrepreneurs, start-up and mature companies in emerging and hi-tech industries, as well as venture capitals. Yuval's experience includes ongoing corporate counselling, international and domestic mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, joint venture arrangements, strategic partnerships, restructurings and corporate reorganizations. Yuval previously worked as the Head of the Legal Department of Varonis Systems (VRNS) and before that as a foreign associate at the NY offices of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates in the M&A and Corporate Finance departments.

• Represented Nvidia in its acquisition of Run:ai Labs Ltd. for USD 550 million in cash plus USD 75 million in equity retention for employees via Nvidia RSUs.
• Representing Nvidia in its investment in AI21 Labs Ltd., raising $150M, and in its investment in Foretellix Ltd., raising more than $40M.
• Represented Candivore Ltd. in an investment round and secondary transaction of more than $100M.
• Represented Proteantecs Ltd., formed by the founders of Mellanox Ltd., in all its investment rounds, where raising more than $150M.
