Tal heads the firm’s investment funds practice and works with the largest and significant investment funds in Israel, providing them legal advice in the structuring and formation as well as on their ongoing operations. In addition, Tal represents many Israeli institutional investors and private investors in their investments in Israeli and foreign investments funds.

• Advised Reality IV in the NIS 1.5 billion fundraising and Reality III in the NIS 860 million fundraising, from the Israeli biggest institutional investors, for investment in real estate assets in Israel.
• Advised Sphera, the first and largest hedge funds manager in Israel, on the formation and fundraising of Sphera Fund, Sphera Global Healthcare, Sphera Small Cap, Sphera Biotech and Sphera Global Equities, with over $1 billion under management.
• Advised Viola Group, a multi-strategy investment house, on the formation and ongoing matters of Viola Ventures funds and Viola Growth funds, with over US$500 million under management. 
• Advised the Israeli Ministry of Economy and the Israeli Ministry of Finance in a bid for the formation of two investment funds for small and medium size businesses, with total commitments of NIS 900 million. 
• Advised Clal Insurance, one of the biggest Israeli institutional investors, its anchor investments in a debt fund, a real estate fund, a commodities fund and some other funds, with a total commitment amount of over NIS 1 billion.
