Biography
With education background in both law and economics, Ms. Yin has represented both issuers and underwriters in IPOs and other capital markets transactions of a number of companies in various industries. Ms. Yin also had advised investors and corporates on private equity investments, legal compliance, general corporate and regulatory matters.
Ms. Yin joined the Jingtian & Gongcheng law firm in 2005 and has been practicing law since then.

- Represented China Dili Group (01387.HK) in its IPO on HKEX；
- Represented Modern Education Group Limited (01082.HK) in its IPO on HKEX；
- Represented China Overseas Land & Investment Ltd (00688.HK）in its establishment of MTN Programme, the total authorized amount is up to 15 billion USD.
