Ms. Zheng is a Partner of Haiwen & Partners. Ms. Zheng has over 13 years of legal experience in the areas of capital markets, M&A, private equity investment and general corporate matters.

Ms. Zheng joined Haiwen in 2008 and became a partner in 2017. Before joining Haiwen, she worked at the Shanghai office of an American law firm.
