Yair Geva

After practicing at the top M&A groups of New York, Gibson Dunn and Davis Polk, Yair Geva joined Herzog as head of the Emerging Companies Practice and is a member of the firm's Executive Committee. His practice includes extensive representation in cross border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, and general corporate counselling.

Yair advised many of the most prominent early stage startups and growth companies in Israel in range of industries including e-commerce, cyber, fintech & blockchain, biotech, and digital health.

• Advised PepsiCo in its $3.2 billion acquisition of Soda Stream;
• Advised Dynamic Yield in its over $300 million sale to McDonald's;
• Advised Alooma in its over $120 million sale to Google;
• Advised Sygnia in its $250 million sale to Temasek;
• Advised Tapingo in its $150 million sale to Grubhub.
• Represented Zoomin Software in its $450 million acquisition by Salesforce Inc.
• Represented Planck Ltd., an Israeli AI-driven insurtech platform, in its $300 million acquisition by Applied Systems.
