Vincent Coyne

Vincent is a Partner in William Fry's Asset Management & Investment Funds  Department and advises a wide variety of clients on regulatory and structural issues associated with the establishment and management of investment funds in Ireland. He has significant experience in advising both Alternative Funds and UCITS (using both traditional and alternative strategies) as well as advising on the authorisation of UCITS and alternative investment fund managers (AIFMs). 

• A U.K. based, sustainability focused private equity firm on its new fund structures and the establishment of its alternative fund management business in Ireland
• A leading reinsurance company on its collateral arrangements with an Irish fund with the aim of limiting its counterparty exposure
• A diversified equity REIT on its joint venture arrangements with an ICAV and the associated investment advisory and development management arrangements in respect of a significant property development in Dublin
• A fund manager on the establishment of a new fund partnering with the World Wildlife Fund to invest into leading Asian companies focused on tackling environmental pollution and climate change.
