Myra Garrett SC

Myra is a Corporate Partner and former Managing Partner of the Firm. She has a broad corporate practice specialising in mergers & acquisitions, public takeovers, IPOs and capital market transactions. She has a particular expertise on advising technology companies on fundraising, exit strategy and trade sales. She also advises companies and boards of directors on corporate governance, general compliance and troublesome issues.

• Fenergo Group Shareholders on the disposal of controlling stake to Insight Venture

• Netwatch Holdings DAC on its global merger with entities including Californian based National Monitoring Centre in a deal funded by private equity firm, Riverside
