He has been with VdA since 2003. Partner in the Banking & Finance area. He has worked on all types of operations in the banking and financial sector, with a special focus on the purchase and sale of non-performing loans and on secured financing (including aeronautical financing).
At the same time, he dedicates a large part of his time to regulatory aspects of these sectors, such as monitoring clients with national and foreign regulators in the context of the development of their activities in Portugal and abroad.
He is also the lawyer responsible for the financial aspects of the VdA FinTech team, in charge of matters relating to payment services, the issuance of electronic money and the application of new technologies to the banking and financial sector.
