Maria Carrilho

Maria Carrilho joined VdA in 2013. Managing Associate at the Banking & Finance area of practice where she has been involved in several transactions.

Maria devotes a large part of her work to acquisition finance transactions, in particular to real estate financing transactions, escorting domestic and international clients from structuring to closing, setting-up and drafting the financing agreements and related security package.

She also has a strong focus in regulatory and derivatives work, assisting some leading institutions in the financial and non-financial sectors. Maria also worked as a secondee at a Portuguese bank covering financial derivatives practice.
