Susanne Schjølin Larsen specialises in banking and finance law and financial regulation, focusing in particular on derivatives transactions within the financial and energy sectors.
Susanne advises financial and non-financial entities and institutions on derivatives and collateral arrangements, including standard master agreements such as the ISDA Master Agreement, the TBMA/ISMA Global Master Repurchase Agreement (repo agreements) and the EFET General Agreement, structured derivatives, derivatives clearing and other obligations under the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR). She also advises on other areas of the financial regulation and on REMIT. Furthermore, Susanne assists clients with acquisition and general corporate loan agreements.
