Stefan Westh Wiencken

Stefan Westh Wiencken is primarily engaged in corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital markets and investments as well as company law.

Stefan often advises owner-managed enterprises across several sectors, and he also advises international groups and funds on sales, purchases and investments.

He has a wealth of experience in mergers and acquisitions, providing legal advice to both buyers and sellers in all phases of a transaction process. Furthermore, Stefan provides advice within capital markets and assists businesses especially in handling issues within IPOs, corporate governance and ongoing compliance.
