Mohsin AlAlawi is a partner at Hassan Radhi & Associates where he has led the courts and disputes team since 2014. Since then, he has represented the corporate clients in several largest disputes before the courts of Bahrain and Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR).
Mr. Mohsin is highly experienced in court procedures and disputes formalities in addition to his experience in handling and advising the clients on significant and complex transactions, and representing them in litigation and regulatory proceedings.
At Hassan Radhi and Associates he is involved in transactions including litigation, investment funds, anti money laundering, insurance and labour.
