Saifuddin is a Barrister-at-Law who was called to the Bar of England and Wales at the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 2006.
Saifuddin joined Hassan Radhi and Associates in 2009 bringing with him the experience of having worked at ‘Lee Khan and Partners’, a prominent law firm in Bangladesh.

In what capacity: We advised both the seller and the buyer. We drafted the sale and purchase agreement and share transfer agreement.
Deal value: BD507,690.563 (Bahrain Dinars Five Hundred Seven Thousand Six Hundred Ninety and Five Hundred Sixty Three Fils.
The outcome: Successful completion of the share transfer and the registration of the share transfer with the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism in Bahrain.
