Sandra Lord

Sandra ("Sandie") Lord is a partner in Matheson’s Corporate Department. She advises on international and domestic mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, shareholders’ agreements, investment agreements and joint ventures, venture capital matters, corporate reorganisations and restructurings.

Sandie represents public and private companies, institutional investors and financial intermediaries across a variety of industries and sectors, including technology, energy and media.

Since 2022, Sandie has been the resident Corporate Partner in Matheson’s London office.
