Rolando is founder and senior partner of Consortium Legal – Costa Rica. He is an expert with more than 60 years of experience on corporate & commercial, baking & finance, litigation, foreign investment and international commerce.
Along his career, Mr. Laclé has been member and president of the board of directors of Banco Anglo Costarricense, member and vice-president of the directive board at Banco Internacional de Costa Rica, vice-president of the directive board of Lacsa, member of the directive board of Cemex and member of the directive board of D.M.C Abonos Agro.
He was member and president of the Congress of Costa Rica, minister of presidency, elected congressman in the Congress of Costa Rica for 4th periods, and President at the International Affairs and Commercial Trade Comission. He is member of Directive Board of Volaris Airline and member of directive board of Davivienda Bank – Costa Rica.
